A common mold-release agent that facilitates the release of gloves from their hand shaped production molds (formers). The calcium carbonate may or may not be removed. If left on the glove, there may be interferences with laboratory tests and potentially cause patient and wearer related problems (e.g. skin irritation, granulomas)
